When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive in 4–10 business days. Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process/produce, then 3–7 business days to ship after it leaves the facility (carrier-dependent and not including weekends/holidays).
Will I get tracking?
Yes! Of course you will. As soon as your order ships you will be sent a link via email by which you can track your package as many times as you'd like as soon as it appears in the network.
What if my package says “delivered” but I can’t find it?
Check around your home/building and with neighbors first. Still feel like you need to hire a team of sniffer dogs? Perhaps it's time to contact the carrier. If the carrier and the imaginary hounds cannot find your eagerly waited for package contact us quickly and we'll do our best to help.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If you contact us super fast, we’ll do our best, but honestly, once an order is in processing or shipped changes may not be possible.
