Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During busy periods processing may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if there's a significant delay.

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

- International: 7–21 business days
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with the carrier first. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at pecomm1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
